What I do:

I teach and support clients with a range of Apple focused technology questions and issues, from computers and phones to cameras and televisions. I’ve been working with and supporting others using computers for 30 years

I started using computers professionally in 1989 when I was hired at the first Service Bureau in Delaware - Desktop Express in Wilmington. From there I moved to a typographer that was transitioning to desktop based work, Firenze. After a short time there, I moved to manage the Electronic Pre-Press department at a commercial offset press - Modern Press. While there I began teaching continuing education classes at the Delaware College of Art & Design.

In 2000 I left Modern Press to begin my career as a consultant - working with business and residential customers. I moved to Maine in 2004 and have been providing Apple-centric support and teaching macOS and iOS focused classes through the Continuing Ed program at the Camden Hills Regional High School.
