Hugo has twice helped me get a new computer set up most efficiently. While I could have handled the set up myself, it would have taken at least twice as long. Hugo quickly assesses what software updates are needed and where to get them and how to make sure all file transfers have happened correctly. Hugo knows Macs inside and out and he keyed me in to many of the new Leopard features that I otherwise may not have figured out for weeks or months. His adult ed Mac classes are also well worthwhile.
