On the spur of the moment Amy, Audrey and I decided to keep driving once we were in Searsport today and head north just to see Mt. Katahdin. I’d only ever seen it from great distance before (Greenville). This time we drove north up 95. The sun was starting to get low in the sky when we suddenly saw it – the afternoon sun was lighting up the snow on its slopes. What a sight. I wish I had one of the real cameras with me – I only had my Blackberry. I’ll post a photo later.
